Yes, we use several different cleansing methods to prepare for colonoscopy – liquid laxatives, water, and pills, or sometimes an enema. We work to find the preparation that suits each patient best.
If you have not been given a report time when we scheduled your procedure you will receive a phone call on the day prior to your procedure. In the event that you do not receive a call, you may call our 24-hour answering service at (610)-439-9357.
Most medication may be taken with a few sips of water on the morning of the procedure. You will be instructed by the office as to which medications should be avoided.
